Show how you decide
- Prepare a product or project you led: the problem, who it was for, the options you rejected, and why.
- Be ready for a case question ('improve this product', 'plan this launch'). Clarify the goal and the user first.
- Say how you measured success, and what you did when the numbers disagreed with your plan.
