The plain version of how resume-pilot.io works, what paid plans cost, and how to cancel.

Using the site

• The free checks report what we could and couldn't confirm from public information, mostly employers' own careers systems. They're a guide, not a guarantee that a job, recruiter or company is or isn't genuine. Use your own judgment before sharing personal details or money with anyone.
• Don't use the site to harass anyone, to file false "Did they reply?" reports, or to overload it with automated requests. We may limit or close accounts that do.
• You're responsible for what you send employers, including resumes we help you tailor. We only work from experience you've confirmed, and you can review anything before it goes out.

Paid plans

• Pro is $19 a month and Autopilot is $49 a month, in US dollars, plus any sales tax shown at checkout. Stripe processes payments; we never see your card number.
• Your plan renews each month on the date you subscribed until you cancel. We'll email you before any price change, and it applies only from your next renewal after that notice.
• Switching plans takes effect right away. Stripe credits the unused part of your old plan against the new one.

Cancelling and refunds

• Cancel any time from your account page under Manage billing. You keep your plan until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• If you were charged by mistake, or a paid feature didn't work for you, email info@resume-pilot.io within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it.
• Deleting your account cancels your subscription immediately.

Company records

Company records and scores come from measured, public data. They aren't for sale: no one can pay to change or remove them. Companies can send a correction from their record's page.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters for paid plans, we'll email subscribers before the change takes effect.
