About ResumePilot

ResumePilot is a research and data company. We measure how hiring actually works, from the source: employers' own job systems, read every night, and what applicants report about what happened next.

What we do

We don't copy job boards. We trace every posting to the employer's own careers site and record how long it stays open, whether it comes back, whether it lists pay, and whether the text describes a real opening or a talent pool. From that we build a knowledge graph of employers: their boards, their subsidiaries, how fast they fill roles, how many interview rounds they run, how often they reply.

Every score on this site explains itself, point by point, and nothing anyone pays us changes a company's record.

Why we built it

The job search is broken in a specific, measurable way: applications through job boards mostly vanish, and the interviews come from employers' own sites. The first version of ResumePilot was a tool built for one person's search. It worked, so we turned it into this.

Our founder is a data engineer with twenty years of large data lake and operations experience. Reading millions of postings, keeping the facts straight and showing where each one came from is the kind of work this company was started to do.

What we won't do

  • Scrape LinkedIn or Indeed, or get around a site's robots rules.
  • Send an application you didn't approve.
  • Rate individual people. We measure companies, from facts anyone can check.
  • Sell a company a better score, or remove a record for payment.
  • Claim a feature before it exists. Anything unbuilt on the plans page says "Coming".
