Get your roles in front of serious applicants
If your careers site runs on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, or publishes standard job listings (schema.org JobPosting), we can read it. Tell us the address and we'll add it to the nightly index, free.
Applicants who come through us apply on your site
We never repost your jobs or take applications ourselves. Every listing links to your own posting, so candidates go through your process and your applicant system.
Records are facts, and never for sale
Our company records report what we measured, such as how long roles stay open and how often they're reposted. If something looks wrong, tell us and we'll check it. No company can pay to change or remove a record.
Coming: hire from candidates who opted in
We're building a way for hiring teams to reach job seekers who choose to be found. Their resumes are checked line by line against experience they've confirmed, so what you read is what they can back up. Candidates opt in and control what's shared.
