Privacy

The short version: we keep your email if you join the waitlist, and almost nothing else.

Job checks

  • We don't store the links, company names, titles or text you check. We keep a count of checks by outcome (for example “live” or “closed”), with no link attached.
  • To stop abuse, we keep a scrambled code made from your IP address for up to a day. The code changes daily and can't be turned back into your address.
  • When you send a "Did they reply?" report, we keep the company, what happened, how and when you applied, and a scrambled code made from your network and that company. It lets one person count once per company; it differs for every company, so reports can't be linked to each other, and it can't be turned back into your address without our server's secret. We don't ask for your name or email.

Resume X-ray

  • Your resume is read in memory to build the report and isn't saved. We keep only a count of scans by result band.
  • To write recommendations, the extracted text is sent to Anthropic's API for that one request. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, API data isn't used to train its models.

Recruiter email check

  • The email you paste is read in memory and discarded. We don't keep it, your address or your name.
  • If the result is a likely scam and you leave sharing on, we keep only the sender's infrastructure: a suspicious domain, a free-webmail reply-to address, or the sending server's IP. That's what lets later visitors see "flagged in N earlier checks".

Waitlist

  • We store the email address and the kind of work you picked, and use them only to invite you to the beta.
  • We don't sell or share them.
  • To leave the list, enter your email below. It's deleted immediately.
