Company posting records

How employers post jobs, measured from their own job boards: how long roles stay open, how often they're reposted, whether pay is listed, and how many postings are talent pools rather than openings.

The hiring follow-through score

Each company gets a score from 0 to 100 once we've tracked it for 30 days and seen at least 10 postings. It starts from how the company posts jobs:

Postings that list a pay range30%
Open postings 60 days old or newer30%
Postings not reposted under a new ID20%
Postings without talent-pool wording20%

Once 10 different applicants have reported whether they heard back, that reply rate counts for 40% of the score and posting transparency for 60%.

These are facts about postings and applicants' experiences, not judgments about why a company hires the way it does. A long-open role can be hard to fill. Full method

Records are being built

Scores appear once we've tracked a company's job board for 30 days.

Named company pages are coming. Until then we publish the overall spread, so you can see what's typical.
